Although based on a domestic relations case, “Evidentiary Issues in Domestic Relations Cases” is a must see CLE program for all civil litigation practitioners. The program will present multiple video vignettes with a variety of evidentiary issues including joint business, expert testimony, hearsay, privileges, and many more. Participants will respond on how the court should rule and then participants will learn from Northern Kentucky judges how the court would likely rule in their court. To date, Judge Michelle Keller has agreed to facilitate the entire program and the following judges will be on the panel: Judge Joy Moore, Judge Fred Stine, Judge Patricia Summe, Judge Julie Reinhardt Ward, Judge James Schrand, Judge Elizabeth Chandler Lester; Judge Kenneth Easterling and Judge Gayle Hoffmann. We are still consulting with additional judges to be on the panel so we do expect the panel to grow.
The cost of the CLE and luncheon is extremely affordable at a mere $100 for both events or $35 for the luncheon alone (Application for 5.5 hours of CLE accreditation is pending before the Kentucky CLE Commission, the Indiana CLE Commission and the Ohio CLE Commission and there is every expectation it will be approved by all three states).
