eFiling Training & Certification Now Available Online
Attorneys can now go online to become trained and certified to use eFiling in Kentucky state courts. The Administrative Office of the Courts is providing online certification for those who want to file court documents electronically in District Court and Circuit Court. While eFiling is not mandatory, attorneys must become certified before they are authorized to use eFiling. As of November 2015, eFiling is available in all 120 Kentucky counties.
* To take the online training, visit https://kcoj.kycourts.net/kyecourts/Login.
* For more information about eFiling, http://courts.ky.gov/efiling/Pages/default.aspx.
* If you have questions, contact eCourtSupport@kycourts.net.
The AOC is also offering in-person training sessions. The in-person sessions are free and have been approved by the Kentucky Bar Association for 2.0 CLE credit hours. Paralegals, secretaries and other support staff are welcome to register along with an attorney. To view training times and register, visit http://kyefiling.eventbrite.com/.
